  2. Sign into your GAFUTURES Account
  3. Head to the STUDENT DASHBOARD
  4. Click on the GEORGIA MATCH Tab to view your matches.

Special Program at GIVE West: Apex by Viewpoint

Apex by Viewpoint
Apex is a program under Viewport Health that provides individual, family, group psychotherapy, and case management at designated schools. The purpose is to provide prevention, education and early intervention services at school, including but not limited to faculty consultation, student services team staffing, support group for students and/or parents education, staff meetings and in-service training's. Therapist coordinate treatment with the student, their family and teacher and other resources as indicated (e.g. probation officer, student support team, natural supports, physician and school student support professionals). Apex build and support school-based mental health programs under system of care lens as well as a service to be able to sustain the program administratively and financially.
