GIVE West End of Second Semester Procedure
2025 - 2026 
The last day for students to enroll for Spring semester at
GIVE West is Friday, April 17

Students who attend a tribunal must attend registration by Friday, April 17, 2026, in order to enroll at the GIVE Center for the Spring semester.
Students who do not attend registration by Friday, April 17, 2026, may still attend registration through May 20, 2026, but will not be enrolled until Fall semester which begins August 5, 2026. These students will remain the responsibility of the local school for work completion, final exams, and grade reporting.
Special Education Students: Any student with an IEP who does not attend orientation by the deadline will need to receive homebased services from the local school for the remainder of the Spring semester.
GIVE West Registration will be held Monday – Thursday from 7:30 a.m. – 12:30 p.m. & Fridays from 7:30 a.m. –11:30 a.m. Parents need to make an appointment online.
The only day to register your child without an appointment will be August 3rd, 2026, between 7:30 am and 10:30 am. Before attending registration, parents must complete the required online forms found in the slideshow under “GIVE West Registration” on the school website. Please note that your student is required to accompany you for registration.
Parents that cannot make it to school on August 3 must make the appointment online for registration through our school’s website.

GIVE West es el viernes 17 de abril de 2026

Los estudiantes que asistan a un tribunal deben asistir a la registración antes del viernes 17 de abril de 2026 para poder inscribirse en el GIVE para el semestre de primavera.
Los estudiantes que no asistan a la registración antes del viernes 17 de abril de 2026, aún pueden asistir a la registración hasta el 20 de mayo de 2026, pero no empezarán la escuela hasta el semestre de otoño que comienza el 5 de agosto de 2026. Estos estudiantes seguirán siendo responsabilidad de la escuela local durante finalización de trabajos, exámenes finales e informes de calificaciones.
Estudiantes de educación especial: cualquier estudiante con un IEP que no asista a la orientación antes de la fecha límite deberá recibir servicios en el hogar con la escuela local durante el resto del semestre de primavera.
La registración del GIVE West se llevará a cabo de lunes a jueves de 7:30 a.m. a 12:30 p.m. y viernes de 7:30 a.m. a 11:30 a.m. Los padres deben programar una cita en línea.
El único día para inscribir a su hijo/a sin cita previa será el 3 de agosto de 2026, entre las 7:30 y las 10:30 de la mañana. Antes de asistir a la inscripción, los padres deben completar los formularios en línea que se encuentran en la presentación de diapositivas bajo el título (Welcome to GIVE West slideshow) bajo “Inscripción en GIVE West" en el sitio web de la escuela.

• Paperwork from Tribunal
• Valid Photo ID of the Legal Guardian/Mother or Father who is accompanying the student.
• Copy of Student's Birth Certificate
• Proof of Residency :
  • Copy of Lease or Deed
  • Copy of Utility Bill
• Moving in with Friend/Relative:Notarized Residency Affidavit
  • Copy of their Lease or Deed
  • Copy of their Utility Bill

Out of County/Out of State Students/Students Moving within GCPS
Register at your homeschool before you call for an appointment at GIVE West

• Valid Photo ID of the Legal Guardian/Mother or Father who is accompanying the student.
• Copy of Student's Birth Certificate
• Georgia Certificate of Hearing, Vision, and Dental -Form 3300
• Immunization from state of Residence prior to moving to GA transferred to Georgia Certificate Form 3231
• Withdrawal Paperwork from prior school
• Letter of Decision from Tribunal or Discipline Hearing
• Transcripts from the previous school
• Copy of New Lease or Deed
• Copy of Utility Bill
